Good place and good service

Spaghetti recipe (the 302 "aylin") a real wonder !! The best pasta I've eaten in a restaurant and I've made it! For the record, this is the recipe of one of the waitress who one day gave it to the boss who loved her so much that he added it to his menu 🤣 I recommend !

I was there 5 times during my vacation. The food is very good. Today I wanted to eat outside in the late evening due to the current situation. It wasn't possible. Almost all tables occupied inside. Stuffy air. I'm really hungry. And then you will be sent away .. That's it for me and the Ratskeller. Update: I sent a complaint to the boss by email. She apologized to me and offered me a free meal. I think that's fair. Hence other I mean my rating.

Very nice restaurant with great pizzas. The staff are really super friendly and respond to every special request immediately, as if it were absolutely natural that the guest "wants the salami pizza without salami". We went to the Ratskeller twice because the food is really good and the staff is extremely friendly. We had the feeling that we are really guests and not just customers. We recommend.

We came here because of good reviews and these proved to be correct! The staff is really nice and food is very tasty. The right portion and reasonable pricing! We really enjoyed our visit to the Ratskeller and came back the next day for another round! The place gets busy so you might want to book a table in advance.

Good cuisine, the friendly service is on the ball and you will be taken care of quickly even with a lot of requests. Can really be recommended for dinner during the week, but a reservation is also recommended on weekdays!

Looks very cozy. But the spaghetti with squirrel bread and cream might have contained half a mushroom. The taste was totally lacking. Pizza in the oven for way too long. Too tough to cut. Nobody believes it is an Italian cook.

We booked at 9 p.m., the restaurant closes at 12 a.m. Very urgent staff since "the kitchen is going closed"! So we had to eat in a gust of wind. The waitress comes to offer us a coffee or a dessert and then corrects this and tells us that dessert will not be possible since the kitchen is closed, even though it was 9:30 pm! Very disappointed ! Despite the good pizza very bad reception being foreigners! The French flee.

A very good restaurant. We were accepted very late, but the food was still prepared in top quality. The portions were very good in terms of quantity and served hot. The service was very relaxed and friendly despite the late hour. Many thanks

Incredibly delicious food and big portions! Service is always friendly and you never have to wait long for your drinks or food. Can only be recommended and always worth it.

You can sit there nicely, waitress and boss very friendly, eat delicious. What more do you want? Prices are okay too, there is nothing to complain about

The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. No system at all, much too slow. Repeated inquiries about the order and the payment are necessary. Asking again about the menu card was unsuccessful. Some just don't need it. For the food there are 5 stars, for the service max. 1 star, therefore only 3 stars in total!

Great place and wonderful service team...

Wide range of good German and regional food and good alcohol free dark Weizen beer for those who drive! Limited parking places behind the restaurant, basically driving through their outdoor terrace. The location just next to thermal baths make it a great stop for a drink or meal after a good soak! Their Gulash soup is my favourite.

The pizza is perfectly balanced(as all things should be). Fair pricing and friendly staff. The spicy pepperoni pizza can be a bit hotter than most spicy pizzas!
